Yes. We survey all the shared plant and the tenanted areas that are under the owner's or agent's control, and report on them separately.
Do you also carry out the follow-up work?
Yes. Where the assessment finds actions such as removing dead legs or fitting tank lids, we can quote for the work. You are free to use another contractor.
